Arrangements for be part of our vendor list must be made in advance of the festival. Suwannee Springfest Vending Applications are emailed to our pre-approved vending list.  If you would like to be on that list, please email Marsha with your name, phone number, experience, product list, price list and photo or site links to vending@magmusic.com.   If approved for our list, you will receive applications for future festivals, unless notified otherwise.  Craft vendors are accepted on a first come first serve basis from our pre-approved list.

Craft applications will be sent first, followed by Food Vendor applications. If you are sent a food vendor application, please let us know asap if you plan to participate as we only invite the actual number of food vendors we need to complete a festival food variety that will delight our festival goers. 

No unauthorized vending is allowed in the festival area or the campground.  Offenders will be escorted from the park or possibly to jail.  We're serious about unauthorized vending.  Unauthorized vending includes giving away products or food for free or for donations.  Our authorized vendors are an important part of our festival family.   We enforce these vending rules to protect their investment and ours.  We create one vending village that will draw folks to you and leave the rest of the festival area and campground for the enjoyment of the music and nature.
